Certified / Licensed Fire Safety Manager

Position Overview The Certified / Licensed Construction Site Fire Safety Manager (CSFSM) supports the Project Manager and ensures that fire safety procedures are followed in the field. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the New York City Fire Department Rules and Codes. Conduct inspections of the construction site and keep a record of all fire safety measures on a daily basis. Develop and maintain an approved pre-fire plan at the construction site. Enforce high safety standards, communicate safety measures to site personnel, manage and perform safety inspections. Qualifications & Requirements Certified / Licensed by the New York Building Department as a CSFSM Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, or a work experience equivalent. 5+ years of field experience in commercial interiors projects. Proficient with software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Well developed communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
