Qualifications:
o Extensive experience with Ariba required; specifically integration points with Spend Visibility and SIPM; o Experience with previous e-Procurement implementations required; o Extensive project management experience; o Project Management certification(e.g., CPM / PMP) a plus ; o Ability to effectively organize team resources o Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels in verbal and written form o Candidates should have a strong technology background with proficiency of the Microsoft Suite of applications (SharePoint, Access, Excel, Project and Outlook); o Experience with Lawson/Infor ERP a plus; o Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to communicate effectively; o Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science.
Responsibilities:
Role sits 50% in NJ and 50% in NYC location o Serve as Project Manager for the Bank's transition to the Ariba e-procurement application. o Develop and maintain a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities; o Manage issues, scope, risks quality and metrics o Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required; o Facilitate business and technical decisions; o Manage sub projects comprised of cross-functional teams and is accountable for their successful outcome; o Recommend and assist in implementing e-procurement and payment solutions to improve cost controls, risk management, and work efficiency which reflects industry best practices; o Provide consultative support to the project team members and ; o Coordinate the testing of applications and processes utilizing predefined and customized test scripts and ensure results are accurately documented; o Develop and lead the e-procurement Bank wide training program.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
