Responsibilities:
Provide au pairs with engaging, interactive and dynamic instruction
Manage classroom during training hours
Setup and breakdown of equipment needed for au pair training
Track au pair performance, language capabilities and engagement level and share feedback with Academy team
Participate in Academy team meetings
Coordinate with Academy Operations Manager regarding logistical aspects that affect classroom training, au pair arrival & departure
Assist with au pair curriculum development by providing feedback and ideas of new concepts and changes to Academy Training & Curriculum Manager
Represent AuPairCare with the utmost level of professionalism
Provide customer service to host families during au pair arrivals or departures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in field or related field for 3 years

Customer service
Knowledge of foreign language a plus
Knowledge and sensitivity of foreign cultures
CPR/First Aid certified also a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
