Join us on the cutting edge of lighting technology by considering yourself in the role of Business Systems Analyst The Business Analyst is responsible for administration of the Traxon US SAP, CRM and Share point Systems. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice solutions in close collaboration with business customers and global colleagues. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: SAP Administrator Creation/Removal of Users SOD Checking and alignment Process Outline Liaison between Traxon US and global SAP teams Escalation point person for all Enhancements and Issues as it relates to SAP P25 Troubleshooting connection issues Testing Bugs in Q System CRM Administrator Troubleshooting and Investigating issues with Opportunities, Quotations, Customers Qualifications Qualifications BA/BS and 5 years relevant experience Proactively address continuous improvement requests and drives them to completion. Demonstrates the ability to independently gather business requirements, design technical solution and implement solution, either alone or by coordinating with other IT resources. Hands on SAP R/3 (ERP) Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Sales, Logistics, Finance, Project System Heavy Excel experience Detail oriented The ability to translate technical requirements into layman's terms Project Management experience CRM Experience (Dynamics and/or SAP) Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with Global colleagues MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
