Hoxton Circle is partnering with an unparalleled commercial retail company in search of a friendly and enthusiastic Leasing Administrator.
This role offers a flexible HYBRID schedule, ideal for family-oriented professionals.
The Administrator will join a very accommodating, supportive team in East Rutherford, NJ (2 days per week in-office).
The Lease Administrator will be a key contributor within a dedicated team of leasing and accounting professionals and will benefit from close mentorship and professional growth within a top-tier real estate group.
The Lease Administrator will be responsible for tenant account administration services, accounts receivable, reporting, and database management.
What we need:
Candidates MUST have held a recent position in Lease Administration at a commercial retail real estate company This meaningful opportunity offers an expected salary between $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate to experience.
