We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join our dynamic team in the medical industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional orthotic and prosthetic patient care, collaborating with medical professionals, and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities:
1.
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs, and design orthotic and prosthetic devices to aid movement and manage pain.
2.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
3.
Conduct patient and caregiver training on the use and maintenance of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
4.
Maintain detailed patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
5.
Utilize your expertise in medical devices to suggest improvements and innovations in orthotic and prosthetic design and functionality.
6.
Contribute to business development activities, including building relationships with referral sources and participating in sales and marketing initiatives.
7.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of orthotics and prosthetics, and participate in professional development activities.
8.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to orthotic and prosthetic care.
Qualifications:
1.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
2.
Certification from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABC), or the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).
3.
Proven experience working with medical devices, specifically in the field of orthotics and prosthetics.
4.
Strong understanding of the principles of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology.
5.
Experience in business development and sales in the healthcare industry.
6.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex medical information to patients and caregivers.
7.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
8.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
9.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
10.
